When you request a scoping call: the roles, headcount, industry and timing you choose, your name, work email, company, and optionally your job title and a note.

When you request the cost guide: your email address.

With every form: the page you were on, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and a company name if the link contained one.

Technical data needed to protect the forms from spam, including your IP address for the bot check and rate limits.

To reply to your request, prepare for your scoping call, send the guide you asked for and a short series of follow-up emails about it.

To understand which pages and campaigns lead to calls, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information.

Vercel hosts the site, measures visits without cookies, and stores the explainer video.

Resend sends our emails. Google Sheets stores form submissions for our own follow-up.

Calendly runs the booking calendar. When you continue to book, your name and email are passed to Calendly so you don’t type them twice.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is submitted by a person.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Analytics cookies are off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.

Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe line. Reply or use it, and we stop.
